The Director of Marketing & Merchandising—referred to within True Homes as the Operations Partner – Marketing & Merchandising—is responsible for leading the execution of the True Homes Marketing Platform across all markets. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who fully embraces the age of artificial intelligence (AI) and technological transformation to drive efficiency, innovation, and effectiveness in marketing execution. The Operations Partner – Marketing & Merchandising collaborates with all departments regarding their marketing needs, oversees project execution, and champions the use of advanced tools and platforms. They are accountable for aligning the design and marketing strategies with company objectives, ensuring the team delivers scalable, data-informed campaigns. They implement the Leadership Charter—establishing team congruency with the True Difference Culture; demonstrate leadership consistent with the True North Leadership (TNL) Platform; and mature their Functional Platform with a future-ready mindset.

Ensures team congruency with True Difference
Ensures leadership congruency with CPP and TNL Platform
Ensures that the team embraces and represents the company and sales culture
Ensures that True Homes Marketing Platform is successfully implemented
Ensures all marketing materials and communication are consistent for each brand’s identity and value proposition
Manages and completes projects as assigned by required deadlines
Ensures accuracy for website and plasma content
Manages and maintains inventory of marketing collateral pieces to ensure that they are accurate and maintained in adequate supply for all communities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required
Seven years of marketing experience required
Five or more years of supervisory experience leading a Marketing Team/Platform
Experience managing a Creative Team required
Project Management experience required
Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable personal transportation required for travel in NC and SC as needed
Graphic Design experience preferred
Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks

Physical Requirements:
