Marketing Project Manager

Location: Monroe, NC

The Marketing Project Manager, what we refer to as a Marketing Project Specialist, is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects. This role involves managing timelines, resources, communications, and workflows using tools such as Asana. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Administration

  • Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manages project timelines, milestones, and task assignments using Asana or similar project management software.
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration between internal teams, including content, design, digital, sales, and beyond.
  • Ensures that deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Develops and maintains documentation for workflows, timelines, and status reports.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes to the refinement of marketing operations.
  • Manages the marketing budget while looking for financial efficiencies in line with True Lean practices.
  • Organizes and codes invoices to ensure spend is properly monitored and allocated.
  • Executes Amazon orders for sales.
  • Provides support in ordering ScentAir for new models, ScentSticks for closings and candles for contracts.
  • Orders business cards and nametags, as well as maintaining and supporting the swag store.

True Party Event Planning

  • Manages miscellaneous event planning activities for our Annual True Party Broker Event
  • Manages vendor relationships — i.e., caterer, venue, AV team

Community Set-Up and Administration

  • Manages and owns the New Community Grand Opening checklist
  • Ensures accuracy for Model Flyers
  • Maintains Neighborhood ‘Top Reasons to Buy’ and ‘Amenities” in Trinity/Home Finder
  • Fulfills Marketing material requests from Sales Team
  • Reconciles Amazon business account and credit cards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Administration preferred
  • 3+ years Marketing Project Management experience preferred
  • Event Planning Experience preferred
  • Excellent word processing skills for updates in Multi Listing System and Content Management System web tool
  • Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable personal transportation required for travel within NC and SC

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
  • Associate needs to occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment
